Planning ahead as a high schooler

Hi y'all Im currently studying in China as a korean international student and is about to enroll at Fudan university(ranked 3rd in china) as a finance major. For a few reasons(high salary, exit options,etc..) I desperately want to break into investment banking right after uni. I know there's about a 0 percent chance that Ill be able to get a job at a big4 firm in ny straight out of school but Ive seen a few posts about how hk firms recruit heavily from mainland china. So my question is do they hire international students from target schools? And what should I aim to achieve during my 4yrs of uni.
