Most of the people here are college kids looking to break in, but what are some must do's and suggested actions to take for 1st year and 2nd year analysts (not necessarily IB only) looking to go into PE, hedge funds, restructuring, etc?
Please share your stories of how you started preparing for recruiting? What are some advice you can give? How important are head hunters? Anything you could contribute on the topic is appreciated.
