Please Answer These Basic Recruiting Questions

I'm currently a sophomore at a target.

Is there any harm in applying for IBD and S%T positions at BBs as a sophomore? I know its unlikely ill get the position but maybe ill impress them in the interview. Will this harm me in any way when applying next year?

My college career center only lists application deadlines for firms domestically. What if I wanted to apply to a London or HK office of a BB? How do I go about doing this because it seems I cant through my school.

Most of these applications are due in September. I'm planning on interning at a local hedge fund in December-January. If I already have an offer, can I put on my resume that I intend to intern at this firm in the winter?
