PLEASE HELP: Quit internship gracefully due to health reason one week in
It's one week into my summer analyst internship. How can I quit my internship and explain to HR? I can't continue.

See if you can avoid quitting. If it is a serious illness you expect to recover from within a definitive time-frame you can ask to defer. Try not to just quit.
Depends on what the issue is. To some extent, they’re required to accommodate you, but if it completely gets in the way of you being able to do your job, and you’re dead set on quitting, I’d recommend just being direct and honest. Tell them that you really appreciate the opportunity, but you can no longer continue due to this condition of yours.
