Please help with IB/PE entry-level job decision

Hi!

I am currently about to finish my internship in levfin in London and I have graduated from the MSc finance in November 2021.

I have now received three offers, one as credit risk analyst (for levfin deals) at UBS, one as private equity INTERN in Ardian (no analyst position afterwards) and one as acquisition finance analyst at Mizuho. I am really unsure about what to do as I would love to be in private equity but I am not sure if is worth the risk of doing another internship and rejecting full time offers, especially as it will be my third internship.

What do you think will be the best choice? Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate 🙏🏻

I disagree. If this is for London, I know for a fact some of the top PE internships (that don't convert - CD&R, Cinven, PAI etc.) are highly looked upon by banks, that will almost certainly convert to better roles than what you've got now. I think the teams at the PE will basically put you in contact with the banks you work with to find a role. That's what happened to a couple of my friends who got one of these internships. It's also alot better exp. / skillset development than banking from what I've heard, even at intern level. I'd honestly take the risk and reapply for grad positions.
