Description: Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Ten week program in a specific industry coverage or product group focusing on: • Financial Analysis o Develop and perform valuation analyses including discounted cash flow analysis, leveraged buyout analysis comparable company and transaction valuation o Analyze M&A and capital markets transactions and perform pro forma analyses • Business Development o Assist in the preparation of new business presentations o Conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analysis

Our calendar of events for the summer showcase the best of what our cities have to offer. Additionally, we have a weekly Distinguished Speaker Series, allowing our senior management professionals to host discussions and answer questions. The Mentor Programs enables you to develop a professional rapport with senior and junior professionals who can offer their experience, knowledge, and guidance throughout the summer.

TRAINING PROGRAM: One week of training, including: • Accounting • Finance • Valuation • Comparable Company Analysis • Precedent Transaction Analysis • Financial Modeling • Competitive salary

QUALIFICATIONS: Rising senior with distinguished academic achievement. High level of personal integrity, interest in finance, commitment to excellence, high level of energy and a strong desire to learn. All majors are encouraged to apply.
