Possibility of relocating from HK to US without MBA?

Hi guys, title says all. I am an incoming analyst at an European BB in HK (think UBS, CS, DB). I finished my study in the States and really enjoyed my life there. So, I was wondering is it possible to relocate back to U.S. without attending a b-school. By relocating, I mean either internally transfer or maybe directly applied to lateral openings? 

Love to hear your experience or thoughts on either abovementioned methods.
