Possible to join 2014 class?

I was wondering if it would be possible via networking for me to get a spot in the 2014 analyst class. I graduated last summer (2013) and have been lookign for FT positions without any success. Currently interning at a PE shop and hoping to get exposure to modelling/technical skillset.

Has anyone heard of someone doing this? Any advice on how to proceed/what my next steps should be?

Thanks for the help.

It's pretty much going to come down contacting the right bank at the right time that either under-hired, had an offer(s) reneged, or lost someone unexpectedly. I know several people who have done it, but it isn't much different from the standard advice you will find one here. Work your network and float your resume around.
