Too late for spot in 2014 analyst class?

Hi everyone,

I was hoping for advice. I did not get a full time IBD offer and interned at a BB in their corporate finance (not IBD) group. I worked on modeling, valuation, etc so I have the technical skillset. I did not get a full time offer this summer and am hoping there is still time to network and acquire a spot in the 2014 analyst class. Am I mistaken? Are there usually no openings?

Thanks

This is the London list (deadlines for many have passed already) http://www.askivy.net/articles/investment-banking/interview-preparation…

Continental Europe's list is something I don't have but searching "Investment banks in Austria, Netherlands, etc" will give you an overview. If you only speak English there are still a few places, like the Netherlands that have non-dutch speaking places in the bigger firms at least and also (this might be a surprise) Austria where many banks focus on the CEE region and as there are so many different languages there they end up working in English and conducting business in English with clients as well. Switzerland is another possibility, there is a website that has all investment banks & PE shops there, a simple search would locate it.
