Post-final round interview(s) for summer analyst?

I'm a sophomore and I am in the process of interviewing for a summer analyst position at a mid-size hedge fund. I did a first-round with HR, then was moved on to a second interview with an analyst. I was told that this interview would be the final round. I was told I would hear back by the end of last week. After not hearing anything I assumed that they had picked someone else. However, I just heard from them that they want to continue the interview process and have me meet with more analysts and PMs.

Is this a good sign? Are they on the fence about me? Should I expect more heavy technicals? Neither the HR or the Analyst interview were technical.
