Prepare for Summer Internship
First post on WSO here, hoping to get some replies. I'm a junior in college, I just got my Summer 2024 offer with a top BB bank in secondary market (Atl, Chi, Dal, Bos), and my anxiety has shifted from getting an internship to getting a return offer. How should I prepare to earn a return offer? I'm in my school's finance/IB prep program that heavily emphasizes modeling, but I'll still worry. Other than the obvious answers (first in last out, be easy to work with), what should I be doing to ensure I get a job? all advice is appreciated.
