Hello monkeys - I had an interview with a PE firm and I think the round went well. The questions were very geared towards my strengths, what my managers thought of me and what past reviews were like. It went very deep with pushes for 6+ strengths, ratings, etc.
Overall my reviews have been great and lucky to be top bucket. Would it be worthwhile to proactively share my review or would that be weird?

I would ding you. they seemed convinced, no? when they ask you your strengths / weaknesses you can bring up your reviews as you did, did you tell them which MDs you worked with etc.? it’s a small industry, they will just ask the MDs you’ve worked with anyway.
