Professional transition to IB
I graduated from a small non-target in April 2019 with a degree in Economics (3.5 GPA) and have been working for a large BD as a front line retail associate in our Relationship Management and Sales department. I’m fully licensed 7&66. If I wanted to get into IB as someone that’s already graduated and licensed, would I need to complete a summer internship first or apply for an entry level analyst role? Is this dependent on the firm?
