It seems like all the entry level recruiting is exclusively done at the undergrad level. anyone have any idea on how a recent grad, with experience in a non-finance industry and an advanced degree in economics/theoretical finance weave into the industry? in case it makes a difference; my undergrad was a target school, but grad school was not.
