Pursue PE internship?

So, I was pretty surprised to receive an internship offer at a PE firm for an off-cycle position. It pays relatively well and seems to be a really good learning experience. However, they want me to work 3 full days a week (8 hours). I'm a full time student taking 16 credits and I'm not sure whether it would be worth pursing this opportunity especially with recruiting taking place this semester. It'll also be 10 hour commitment per day with commuting added. Just wanted some feedback on whether it's worth it. Thanks!
