Question about Networking
Hey, I'm a uni sophomore trying to network with professionals in the financial industry. I would like to know whether LinkedIn or cold emails are more effective. I feel like the answer is "it depends" but I'm not sure what it depends on (age, division, etc). Would appreciate some guidance. Also if I've already reached out on LinkedIn to no success, should I then send them an email?
