Question: Incoming Intern doing underwriting at middle-market CRE finance firm
Hey WSO, I am a rising Junior at a non-target business school in the Boston area. I am about to start an internship at a middle market CRE financing firm and have been told my main job will be assisting with the underwriting of primarily bridge loans. I am wondering if anyone knows any resources I could use to study up and prepare myself for this role. Thanks
