quiz question - currency, world bank index

I got this questions dealing with currencies (yen, $). From what I remember it shows the day high, day low and world bank in index. It then asks the questions related to what was the currency yesterday and other questions. Does anyone know how this works?

So the price (I am assuming you are referring to currency) was 1.68 (hypothetically) and then the world bank index would be 1.64. The days high and low would be around these numbers...I do not think the ratio would work since all the answers were around this range (1.64 - 1.72). The last option was always "cannot say". They also had a number for day's change. I initially thought I had to add or subtract the day's change to the currency but it did not fit any of the answers.
