RBS Interview
I have an interview coming up with RBS in their corporate coverage and advisory division and was wondering if anyone had experience interviewing with them.
I guess the first round interviews are in the morning and then if you get through, there is a "superday" later on in the afternoon.
If anyone has any insight into the interview process or about the firm in general, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.
Is your interview Friday? Got a call today about it...waiting for email with details. Is it in NYC or CT? Also, you sure about the morning 1st round afternoon 2nd?

I saw a few threads about RBS interviews but I am not sure how relevant they are to you. Hope it helps.
i go to the dentist regularly...this is for the UK me thinks
My format was a bit different - one on campus interview and then interviews at RBS in Stamford.
I had four one-on-one half hour interviews, all with VPs/MDs. A mix of behavioral and technical, but the technicals are simple.
I'd also be interested in more info about the firm in general.
Same as you Batemen. Still no word. Y'all hear back yet?
Still no word from RBS from the superday last Friday, which is surprising because several of my interviewers hinted very strongly about an offer. Then again, the sky is falling for RBS, and i'm naive about the process.
rbs had like a million superdays this year and seem to be hiring a lot. they hold 3 time slots on each superday (typically on a friday) and you just go to one of them. I went to the earliest time slot on the first superday and heard back within 48 hours. Friends who went on later dates keep getting deferred.. there's my 2 cents on rbs recruiting
rbs is a really bad bank, no bonuses and spiraling downhill.
you guys heard anything?
I am through to the final round. Has anyone been there? Please share your experience. Much appreciated!!
Best advice is to not go there unless you have no other offers.
