Re-recruiting strategies - Associate MBA edition

Hey all,

I just received a return offer from a BB bank (NYC office) and I am hesitant to take it. While I would like to remain in IB post MBA, I am not sure if I want to work for this particular bank (several high lvl departures during the summer + poor long term prospects)

How do I go about re-recruiting and shopping around my offer? Here is what I was offered:

Base: 175k

Sign-on: 40k

Relo: 10k

Sweetener: 10k

Any advice on how to approach recruiters or folks that I had coffee chats with during the summer intern recruiting period?

Thanks in advance!
