Realistic Options for a Career

I was hoping to get some advice on my situation. I'm a nontarget (big state school in the south) rising senior, I have a 3.4 GPA, interning in commercial banking this summer at a BB bank in Charlotte, solid campus activity, and community service. I've been networking a lot in my preferred fields. I was wondering if it's realistic for me to find an FT position next year in either Sales and trading, Equity Research, or Asset Management given my background. Also, what would be some advice for someone in my position who wants to get into high finance but is potentially stuck in commercial banking?
