Recruiters and Headhunters

Hi,

I am currently in the process of looking for a new job, and I encountered some problems. How do you find out who is the recruiter for a specific job? I tried looking on linkedin for the job but no luck.. Can I just use any recruiting manager?

Also are there any good recruiting agencies for Credit Risk?

Thank You.

I would try calling them, but if it is a big bank you might not have any luck. I would use the name of someone in HR that you know works in that location. It, at least, shows you did some research into the position and company.

Might be worth speaking with contacts at respective banks before reaching out to HR. They may be able to put you in touch, and best case serve as a reference internally.

Never hurts to go directly to HR though, they may be willing to put you in touch with whoever the recruiting manager is for a specific area or position.

Alternatively, some independent headhunters do look for openings within the space as well. Depending on how wide you want to cast a net, potentially worth reaching out to Selby Jennings, DSPNY, etc.
