Recruiters For Non-Finance Roles?

Hey guys, so I finally accepted it. I am completely burnt out and ready to jump ship. I honestly don't even care much where I go as long as I can recalibrate and figure out what I want to be doing next (too far out for MBA right now and don't want an extended period of unemployment on resume). I have a pretty decent resume and have had good success rate with PE headhunters (Even getting first rounds with a couple Hedge funds I was interested in). However, I'm cold applying to all these corp dev / start up roles and not getting any responses. Is there a better way to get into the recruiting process for these roles? I know the job markets tough right now but jeez getting into these places seems harder than IB.

Really looking for any insight on like a 2-3 day, quick zoom interviews and job offer kind of process. As mentioned, I'm completely agnostic to role & pay, just want to make sure its in the city where I want to be and the role is at least something credible worth putting on my resume which I can spin some narrative around (no Northwestern Mutual BS).

Any help would be great.
