Recruiting
I heard from someone at my uni that the upperclassmen are the ones who will eventually decide if the underclassmen get through the screening process as they will go on to be analysts by the time the underclassmen apply for positions. Can someone speak to the validity of this? Will upperclassmen from your college determine your outcome in screening? Thank you in advance.
