Recruiting during COVID-19
Graduated from a target school in May, student athlete, decent GPA, good internship experience from a family office. All interview processes leading up to COVID were ended due to not knowing the future of the respective firms. Have had remote interviews over the past couple of months but no offers. Beyond cold contacting alumni and following up on old internship contacts, any advice to a recent graduate looking for a full time job during the days of remote interviewing and slowed hiring? What have successful candidates done to differentiate themselves in a remote second or third round interview?
