Recruiting during summer analyst?
Interning in BB IB this summer and interested in rerecruiting for a different area within finance for FT. I am wondering how feasible this is, since the IB job takes up all of your time but summer is when you need to be networking / interviewing for FT roles (would also like to have an alternative offer by the time I hopefully get a return offer). Is it possible to find time to recruit while working? How would you attend an interview?
