Recruiting for IB Junior SA Roles Without Freshman Summer Internship
I attend a school like (UVA / UCB / UMICH / NYU). Will I be at a disadvantage recruiting for Junior SA roles with only investment club (extracurricular) experiences and no freshman summer internship? It was hard to find one this past summer due to COVID.
