Recruiting from Mid BB to Top BB / EB for Full-Time: When to reach out?

Hey all, I'm a current incoming SA who's starting this summer at a mid BB. I'm thinking of recruiting for a top BB or EB for full-time.

When should I start reaching out to analysts? Should I start reaching out now (before my SA started) or should I wait a few weeks into the internship?

Appreciate the help.

FT recruiting is usually something that kicks off in August once it's established who's getting returns/not.

By early July (think the week after the 4th), ANs are gonna have an idea of how much they like/don't like the intern class. Kick off your networking requests then. You surely have some connections from SA recruiting you can circle-back on to keep top-of-mind too
