Recruiting on the Spectrum?

I would like advice on recruiting for entry level analyst positions or more broadly investing and IB in general from other people who identify as being on the Autism Spectrum. How was the recruitment process for you? Do you tell people - that is recruiters -> in the interview? Does that help? How do you deal with "but you don't look Autistic"? I am quite worried about this because I although am only diagnosed as having level 1 Autism, it is a recent diagnosis (as an adult, also I am a woman so people don't expect or probably really accept it either because I "look normal" — as far as neurodivergency goes think along the lines of Billie Eilish (don’t know if she is on the spectrum) as opposed to Rainman) and I guess I am still coming to terms with it but it explains now why I had some very difficult work and social life experiences in the past - and now I mostly know how to avoid them. Do you have any tips for the very competitive recruitment process? I have the marks, I have a great CV and cover letter, it is generally interviewing that is my weakness unless I manage to click with the interviewer.
