Man, I been applying to these 2/3 BB firms over the past years and I keep getting rejected (over various positions, with a huge difference of skill/CV from then to now).
Is/can my profile be black flagged on their application website? It doesn’t even feel like I’m being considered when I apply even thought I’m now at a target.

I have but unfortunately only with HR, IB recruiting partners to be precise.
As mentioned below. HR is useless. Network with Bankers and they will help.
You gotta network with actual IB folks to be successful. I networked with Evercore’s HR for their M&A application and got nada but networked with one banker for their PCA process and got a superday out of it.
