Recruiting timeline pushed up
Recruiting (especially diversity) has been pushed so far ahead that junior summer offers are often going out before sophomore summers.
If recruiting happens before sophomore summer, how are you supposed to have relevant experience? Is it necessary to find a boutique to intern with during the school year or a student investment group to join? Does experience even matter in this scenario?
