Recruiting Troubles
Hi guys! I'm looking into 2023 SA positions for IB, but am very worried. I was facing some mental health issues the past few months which have caused me to slow down recruiting processes. I've seen everyone on LinkedIn in my year posting about their offers, or hearing about offers from peers, and has me very concerned. Am I screwed for 2023, or should I keep pushing and still have a good chance of landing a summer offer from a bank for next year?
