On a live deal but also recruiting (trying to transition to corporate role and get out of the toxic team culture I'm in right now). I literally can not have any personal time, on the call 24/7 and VP asked me to give him headsup a day before I have any personal call (I KNOW HE IS CRAZY!). How do you guys do interview and stuff while working in banking? I feel trapped :(
