Rejected or waitlisted?
Did a super day 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back on an offer or rejection.
Thoughts? Does this mean that I was rejected or waitlisted (if that’s even a thing)?

Most likely rejected. Pretty shitty on them to not provide proper closure/communication after the SD but c’est la vie.

Yeah I expected that. Just thought there would be at least some communication given that I went through the superday.
Yeah banks mostly call their main choices within 48 hours, and then if you're lucky you'll get off the waitlist. I don't even know why they can't send an email letting you know the result, if a call is too much effort for HR.
Most likely rejected, but I know someone who got in weeks after (probably off the waitlist)
