Rejection or Still Hope?

So I got an email today after interviewing with Wells Fargo last week.

"Good afternoon,

Thank you for taking the time to interview for the Wells Fargo CIB 2022 Summer Associate Program for Investment Banking. We appreciated the opportunity to speak with you and learn more about your background and experience. At the present time, we would like to keep you on hold for the Wells Fargo CIB MBA 2021 East Coast Super Day. We will follow up with you in the next 1-2 weeks to let you know your status. In the meantime, please keep us updated on other interviews, offers, or deadlines."

So I'm wondering if this is a nice way of rejection, or they're waiting for other candidates to be selected/not attend first?
