Reneging SA offer
I accepted a SA offer (and they made me do a background check prior to the offer coming out). Just received a different offer which I have already accepted, so I need to reneg (its significantly better). Both companies use the same background check software
Do i fill out this background check out with a different email/will this background check from the first offer be reflected in this new background check? This other offer, their background check wouldn't occur until the following year.
Edit: should i wait until this second firm makes me do a background check during the spring next year and once that is all clear and solid, then reneg on the first time?
