Renewable Energy Portfolio Financial Analyst from FP&A background

Hello,

I am coming from an FP&A background in the healthcare industry and am looking to break into financial services world. I don't know exactly what type of banking, etc. I don't have a degree from a target school and will potentially pursue an MBA in the future. Before doing so, I thought it may be a good idea to get some sort of banking background. I found this role and am curious what type of career ladder this will provide and if it's a respectable role to have on my resume to try to break into "high finance" in the future. Any advice is greatly appreciate, thanks!
