Replying to the same email multiple times for cold email or sending new email?
For reference, sent an email ~4 months ago, no response, sent follow up after 1 week no response. Should I reply to my initial 2 emails or send a new email?

I typically reply to the same email, that way they know I emailed previously...... Here's the deal though, I have a very high response rate after the second email. If they aren't replying at this point, they're most likely ghosting you/ don't want to talk to you. May be better off searching for a better contact within that firm. I do want to give you one piece of advice, just make sure the person you're contacting still has a job. I was emailing with a senior manager back and forth constantly back in May, and suddenly the guy stopped responding to my emails--- I later found out he got fired.
