Anyone know which recruiters the below banks use for lateral associate hires? Or is it best to reach out to recruiters at these firms on LinkedIn? Looking to get on the radar for post-bonus hiring
Would just reach out to people directly in the groups and network, try to get a referral to whoever runs the process. In my experience, the staffers ran lateral recruiting alongside HR. As long as you're not a fresh associate 1, you should have a wide range of options - associate 2/3 turnover is quite high, even with the hiring market slowing down.
Most IB recruiters are a waste of time, and the odds of you finding the IB associate recruiter on LinkedIn are pretty slim.
