Rerecruiting from AM to other opportunities

Have an SA 2024 offer for an AM equities group (think Tier-2). Currently on the West Coast, but moving to NY is a huge personal priority. What possible exits exist in my position? Open to any sell-side, buy-side, or HF roles, but was wondering what doors would still be open come FT 2025 recruiting given my background.
