I go to a non target. I know the GPA is not that great. I have never had an internship. I know I am very far behind. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you have any skills - advanced excel, word, ppt, etc? Did you have a high SAT score? You need something on that resume to counter that GPA... perhaps put your major GPA if it's a lot higher
Start studying harder
If you have done any projects like net value, discounted cash flow, a big project I mean for the entire semester, include it on your resume so it looks good. do you have any finance software skills like quickbooks, MS Access, Excel or SAP, you may include that as well.
