Rising Junior: step-by-step process from now to summer finance internship?

Background: rising Junior; CS/finance double-major; target university in California; 3.9 GPA.

Dilemma: I've only have jobs at startups/tech companies, and want to try finance before I graduate.

Question: what is the basic step-by-step process to get from now to a BB internship next summer?

PS: rough dates and bullet points appreciated :)

EDIT: In case it helps others, I'm going to summarize the steps/advice posted below...

  • Now: network, network, network.
  • Late Fall: apply for interviews through the career center.

if your school is a target.... 1) ask alum/seniors who have been through the process 2) ask career services (probably help you the most b/c schedules vary by school) 3) search this forum board
