Hi all, I'm an incoming MF SA, not in a FO role however. Plus the return offer rate is quite low historically, I want to recruit for FT IB in 2025 and am thinking of networking from now. The thing is I am concerned about the MF finding out about my recruiting.
Should I risk it and keep networking? It's a pretty darn well-known MF so I assume their HR team has ears across the street. Thanks in advance!
