Rotational vs. FT Sales Program

Hey guys. I have a few interviews coming up and was wondering your thoughts. Obviously I will dig deeper into this once I get offers but Im just wondering for now.

Would you rather do the Options Rotational Program and Raymond James at the Headquarters---- vs.------ Institutional Sales Assistant and a small IBank (Around 400MM Revenues) at a satellite office --------vs -------- consulting at a big4 (PwC, EY -- or even GT and Mcgladery).

Would like to to I-Banking. I have been working (interning) in ECM on the Research Sales desk and have done some work with a banker but I gotten much exposure to the market and clients; but I have learned a lot about how these banks work -- probably due to the locations and the small number of employees here.
