Running out of questions to ask in a process?
Hi all, this might just me being retarded but curious what questions you guys typically ask after doing 5+ rounds for an interview process.
For example, by the time you make it to a final round, you’ve practically met with most if not all of the team and you’ve learned a ton about the group already. But you also have a ton of the interview allocated to asking them more questions, and you obviously don’t want to repeat anything you’ve already asked.
Curious how you guys go about finding new topics to ask about (instead of asking about culture for the 50th time) that aren’t just being repeated
