RX FT Recruiting Without Previous RX Experience
As the title says, I am wondering what my chances are of landing an RX position for full-time without a previous RX internship. For context I am a rising junior who got an 2021 internship at a mid tier BB. Unfortunately I struck out on RX recruiting this spring and wanted to figure out if recruiting for full-time in 2022 is plausible. Also just to confirm, most RX groups are done recruiting, right?

If you do LevFin, you should be able to interview quite easily.
What if you interned in IB (Gen) at a BB?
