SA 2023 recruiting advice
Honestly just looking from any advice at all/a place where to start.
Currently a sophomore at public target (umich,uva) and just fully understood what IB actually was this year. Almost 4.0 GPA but have had no finance internships in the past, currently trying to find an internship for this winter/spring/summer to beef up my resume but not sure how. Was wondering how i should start this whole process considering banks start coming on campus early spring? Is it too late?
