Semester Off to Re-recruit for SA 2024

I am a junior and thinking of taking a semester off in fall 2023 to graduate in fall 2024 so that i can get an extra junior internship.

Questions: how feasible is this? also, any banks or consulting firms, PE or anything really offer fall/spring internships?
