Senior Year 1st Semester
How important is it? Like I will be going on exchange during the 1st semester and will it impact my hiring chances?
Let's say I don't have a return FT offer and I am interested in consulting or finance.
From my experience, all the (good) finance/consulting recruiting happens 1st semester. I can't see how recruiting would go well if you were abroad that whole time...
So going on exchange shouldn't be my 1st priority?
