I go to a non target and I have a low gpa(3). So I figured my only option was cold emailing, but my resume is not all that impressive.
Is it even worth it to cold email with a shitty resume?

Find a good template and/or talk to your career center. If you have time for an internship and/or other relevant experience, do that and bolster it. The worst they can say is "no" or not respond.
Adding to this, try listing your Major GPA instead if that helps.
